Birds - yes.
Hot - yes. But not as hot as coming days. High temp every day in Darwin at about 90. Once we go inland (starting tomorrow) high temp every day will be ~100. And very humid.
The cruel twist of nature is that it is always hot here, and there are big beautiful warm water beaches. But the crocodiles and the lethal jellyfish mean nobody can swim. That's a raw deal.
We are healthy, hot, and spending our second night in Darwin before heading to Kakadu NP.
