was a near complete lack of benches in this island. We're at mile 42, and we've seen fewer than 6 benches. The French trail folks would do well to take a lesson from Cornwall on this one.
We are happy and healthy and camped at the edge of the bluff overlooking the sea, in a little bed of blooming Bladder Campions. Sadly, there are swarming gnats, so we set up the tent, climbed in, killed all that got inside, and ate our dinner looking out from inside the tent.
