April 14 - easy to be happy when the weather is great

Coffee and croissants this morning at the bar-tabac in La Trinité sur mer. The also sell CBD. The photo is from the harbor there. By good luck, today is the start of the sailboat race from there to Martinique. We got to see lots of fancy racing boats in the harbor.

Great weather with a mix of sun and overcast and nice sea breeze. Lots of people out on the coast enjoying a Sunday with fine spring weather. Hoopoe and Spoonbills today!!

We finished the day at a point that is 0.6 miles from the opposite bank, but with 121 miles of coast path to get from here to there.

We are happy and healthy and camped again in a field behind a big hedge, providing protection from the wind and privacy from the adjacent minor road and coastal trail.
